* Second round would be a System Based test on computer programming in C language.

Software Support Analyst (Job Description)
DispatchTrack Support Analyst is a critical position in the company. The analysts present themselves as the face of the company to respond to customer enquiries about the product and help troubleshoot any issue that arise as they use the software.
Following are the key responsibilities of a Software Support Analyst:
• Perform root-cause analysis for any issues reported by the customers as they use our software.
• Document bugs and enhancements reported by the customers and be liason to the product team.
• Train new customers on product features.
• Monitor the production infrastructure and follow escalation protocols.
• Integrate DispatchTrack with other software using our API.
• Communicate over phone and email with international customers.
• Be available for rotational shifts 24X7 to support our customers worldwide.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal candidate possesses the following skills and characteristics:
• Must have taken basics in programming course.
• Excellent Analytical and logic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
